Applying for an EOPHI vehicle sticker allows residents and other eligible applicants to register their vehicles. This grants them access to designated areas and enhances our overall security.

A User ID will be sent to your email once your RFID sticker is issued. If you reapply under a different member type, a new User ID will be assigned. This ID is used for tracking and future renewals. Rates vary per member type.

4RFID Sticker Guidelines

1. Use of Road

Extra-Ordinary Property Holdings, Inc. (EOPHI) grants access to the newly constructed AMVEL East Avenue Road to the following:

  • Members of the Multinational Village Homeowners Association, Inc. (MVHAI)
  • Residents of recognized Satellite Villages
  • Authorized guests and pass-through vehicles endorsed by MVHAI

This road provides an additional ingress and egress point to Multinational Village via C-5 Extension Road. Access is subject to the payment of an annual usage fee.

2. Road Usage Hours

  • Access to AMVEL East Avenue and its gate is permitted daily from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
  • EOPHI reserves the right to modify access hours with prior notice through official channels.

3. RFID Sticker Issuance

Only authorized vehicles will be issued RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) stickers by EOPHI. Applicants must submit the following documents:

  • MVHAI Endorsement Letter
  • Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration (OR/CR)
  • Valid Government-Issued ID

If the applicant is not the vehicle owner, a Secretary's Certificate must be submitted confirming:

  • Authorization from the vehicle or company owner
  • Full details of the filer and the vehicle, including plate number

4. Access for Non-Members

Only MVHAI members are permitted to use this road for direct entry/exit to Multinational Village. Residents of Satellite Villages, guests, and pass-through vehicles must obtain an MVHAI endorsement for access.

5. RFID Sticker Validity

EOPHI-issued RFID stickers are valid for one (1) year from the official gate opening or until May 31, 2026.

7. RFID/Sticker Fees

Fees are determined based on the applicant's category. All fees are non-negotiable. Please refer to the Rates tab on the official website for full details. EOPHI reserves the right to revise, adjust, or modify the fees associated with RFID sticker issuance, replacement, or related services at any time with prior notice. Any changes shall be communicated through official EOPHI channels and will take effect upon publication.

8. Incidents and Misrepresentations

  • EOPHI reserves the right to confiscate or deactivate RFID stickers and/or deny access in case of any policy violations.
  • Sticker use may be suspended during fortuitous events, public health emergencies, or national/local crises without liability to Extra-Ordinary Property Holdings, Inc. (EOPHI) or MVHAI.
  • In the event of any incident, drivers must present their license to security personnel for proper identification and documentation.
  • Issuance of an RFID sticker does not imply any liability on the part of Extra-Ordinary Property Holdings, Inc (EOPHI).
  • For lost, stolen, or damaged stickers, a notarized Affidavit of Loss and payment of the applicable replacement fee are required before reissuance.
  • Transferring RFID stickers between vehicles is strictly prohibited and is subject to a Php 10,000 penalty per offense.
  • Any misrepresentation or use of tampered or falsified documents (OR/CR) during the application process constitutes a criminal offense. Applications will be denied, and violators will face penalties of Php 50,000 per offense, without prejudice to possible criminal charges.
  • Damage to the boom barrier will result in a Php 30,000 penalty, charged to the RFID registrant.
